Return and exchange

1. Region of Purchase You represent and warrant that you reside in the geographic region corresponding to the version of the game you are purchasing.

2. Game Codes and Refunds Upon delivery of your game code, you acknowledge that all sales are final and no refunds or exchanges will be permitted. This is due to the irrevocable nature of the delivery of digital codes.

3. If the customer purchases the code and it is damaged or has already been used, we ask for a few hours to investigate the incident. We will consult with our supplier and, if everything is in order, we will refund the customer or exchange the code.
